Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei for a Consulting Manager / Recruitment Consultant (Associate / Junior / Senior). The role involves end-to-end management of the recruitment process, including engaging with clients to understand their talent needs, sourcing and screening potential candidates, and conducting comprehensive interviews. The role also includes providing strategic consultation and market insights to clients, contributing to leadership development solutions, and building lasting relationships within the industry to ensure the delivery of effective talent strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting
• Strong skills in Consulting and Interviewing
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment
• Knowledge of the healthcare, consumer goods, or technology industries is an asset
• University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and act on talent opportunities
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable
