We are looking for a Business Transformation Consultant (Digital & AI Focus) who turns AI and digital capabilities into real, measurable business outcomes. You will work with senior clients to define problems, build business cases, design roadmaps, and drive execution, ensuring impact through clear KPIs and ROI.
You will leverage Dentsu's data, technology, and methodologiestogether with the external AI / Martech / Data ecosystemto move clients from strategy to delivery, using phased plans, rapid validation, and continuous iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define transformation priorities with client leaders and create clear roadmaps.
- Business Case & Measurement: Build KPI frameworks, ROI models, and track value delivery.
- Solution Delivery: Assess current maturity, identify gaps, and lead implementation with internal/external teams (AI, MarTech/CRM/CDP, data platforms, automation).
- Insights & Storytelling: Turn complex analysis into clear slides and recommendations for executives.
- Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships and support account growth (upsell/cross-sell).
- Knowledge Building: Create reusable frameworks/playbooks and translate trends into practical use cases.
- Team Management & Capability Building: Lead and coach consultants/analysts, set delivery standards, manage resourcing and timelines, and build reusable frameworks/playbooks to scale best

Requirements (Who You Are)
- Experience: 58+ years in consulting, digital strategy, business transformation, or related fields
- Domain expertise: Familiar with one or more areas such as digital growth, CRM, MarTech, data strategy, or AI applications, and able to integrate them into an executable end-to-end solution.
- Analytical capability: Able to build business models, KPI frameworks, and value measurement approaches; data-driven in decision-making.
- Communication: Strong professional English skills for presentations, proposals, and cross-border collaboration.
