GEP is expanding its Procurement Consulting footprint across Southeast Asia and is looking for a senior consulting leader to help shape and accelerate this growth.
We are seeking a Director / Senior Director with deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation, implementation and change management who can lead complex, high-value client engagements while also contributing to market development, revenue growth and practice expansion across SEA.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded consulting leader who can operate at the intersection of strategy, transformation, technology and client growth.
What You'll Lead
- Lead large-scale, multi-country S2P transformation and implementation programs from strategy and design through deployment and value realization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior procurement leaders, shaping transformation strategies and procurement operating models.
- Drive change management and adoption across complex organizational and technology transformations.
- Lead engagements spanning Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay, Contract Management, Supplier Management and Procurement Operations.
- Build and expand strategic relationships with key clients across Singapore, Malaysia and broader SEA.
- Identify, shape and convert new consulting opportunities, partnering with GEP's technology and managed services businesses to develop integrated solutions.
- Own or contribute to revenue growth, pipeline development, account expansion and strategic pursuits across the region.
- Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams and strengthen GEP's S2P transformation capability in SEA.
- Develop market propositions, thought leadership and differentiated solutions aligned to evolving procurement priorities in SEA.
- Partner with regional and global leadership to define and execute SEA market expansion strategy.
What You Bring
- 14+ years of experience in procurement consulting, S2P transformation, digital procurement, implementation or related advisory roles.
- Demonstrated leadership of large-scale S2P transformation / implementation programs, ideally across multiple geographies.
- Strong understanding of procurement operating models, process transformation, technology-enabled procurement and change management.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite, procurement executives and business stakeholders.
- Strong commercial track record across business development, solution shaping, account growth and consulting sales.
- Experience working with platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, JAGGAER or equivalent.
- Experience building teams, developing consulting talent and scaling capabilities.
- Strong understanding of the SEA procurement landscape, with established relationships across Singapore, Malaysia and/or other Southeast Asian markets preferred.
- Executive presence, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, matrixed global organization.
