The Construction Supervisor serves as an I&C Supervisor who is responsible for supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems, particularly for cleanroom and MEP-related industrial projects. This role requires coordination with design engineers to resolve unexpected design or site challenges and to ensure system performance meets specifications. The engineer should be familiar with PLC-based control systems, including analog and digital I/O functions, and able to lead loop checks, functional tests, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) with subcontractors. Additionally, responsibilities include managing punch lists, monitoring subcontractor progress and quality, and ensuring that all work is conducted under strict safety standards.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Oversee the on-site construction of instrumentation & control systems for industrial applications.
- Interface with design engineers to overcome unforeseen design and construction obstacles.
- Co-ordinate I/O Loop testing, Functional Testing and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) with sub-contractors for process equipment and systems. I/O
- Compile and review system test data, to ensure that equipment performance meets its specifications.
- Create and manage punch lists for project closing.
- Monitor and report on sub-contractor progress and quality of work.
- Ability to identify job-site risks & hazards and ensure safe working practices are followed, by yourself and others, to the highest standard.
- Work in locations all over Taiwan, for extended periods.
Show Your Expertise
- High School or university above required
- Experience in high-tech factory, cleanroom engineering, or construction industry is a plus.
- Language: Chinese (native level) , English (beginner level). : / ()()
- Preferably, a minimum of 3 years experience in cleanroom and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects. 3MEP()
- Familiar with the installation, testing and troubleshooting of complex control and instrumentation systems.
- Understanding of PLC based hardware, including analogue and digital functions. PLC
- Willing to work in locations all over Taiwan, for extended periods.
