Construction site manager

JobResponsibilities:

• Oversee all activities at the site
• Handle project operations & site matters of respective customers
• Manage company's assets : tools, equipments, etc
• Ensure projects run smoothly as per schedule and timely billing on job completed
• Oversee quality control and safety matters on sites
• Resolve any unexpected situation, technical, manpower and material issues
• Recommend improvement on existing project management procedures and processes.
• Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by top management

JobRequirements:

• Minimum 10 years working experience in related field and 5 years working experience in a Managerial Position
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skill with a variety of people at all levels
• Possess good construction experience & background
• Good knowledge of Project Management
• Strong project management skill. Ability to manage multiple projects, plan against timeline and meet deadline, and forecast, budget and monitor project costs.
