Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage electrical construction projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, manpower and site operations.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and authorities.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical construction and project management.
• Proven senior management experience in leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LV systems, ELV, temporary power works, testing and commissioning.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Bilingual in spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work extended hours when required.
