CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and organized Construction Manager to lead our building projects. You will manage every phase of construction-from initial planning and budgeting to final handover. The ideal candidate balances technical building knowledge with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate architects, contractors, and clients
Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using industry software.

• Budget & Cost Management: Prepare accurate cost estimates, negotiate vendor contracts, and monitor ongoing expenses to prevent overruns.
• Procurement: Secure necessary building permits, licenses, equipment, and materials from trusted suppliers.
• Team Leadership: Hire subcontractors, assign tasks to site workers, and supervise performance across multiple teams.
• Site Supervision & Safety: Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client updates, progress reports, and design feasibility consultations with architects and engineers.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify project delays, resource shortages, or safety concerns and implement effective corrective measures.
