The Construction Manager (Mechanical & Piping) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all mechanical and piping construction activities for semiconductor and high-tech facility projects. The role ensures safe, high-quality, and timely completion of mechanical systems installation and commissioning.

Project Execution & Management

• Manage all mechanical and piping installation activities on site.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, manpower plans, and work progress.
• Coordinate site activities among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.

Mechanical & Piping Installation Management

• Including Mechanical Systems & Process Piping Systems

Technical Coordination

• Review piping layouts, isometrics, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with engineering and BIM teams.
• Resolve construction and installation issues.
• Support constructability reviews and value engineering initiatives.

Safety Management

• Ensure compliance with Exyte HSE standards and local regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections meetings.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance.

Quality Management

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Oversee inspections and testing.
• Support system startup and commissioning activities.

Cost Control

• Monitor project budget, manpower utilization, and productivity.
• Evaluate subcontractor progress claims.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and potential cost impacts.

Show your expertise

• Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of Mechanical & Piping construction experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in: Semiconductor Fab Projects、Data Centers、Pharmaceutical Facilities、High-Tech Manufacturing Plants.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese. Conversational-level English communication.
• Willing to be assigned to any city in Taiwan.
