Compliance - KYC Remediation (3 vacancies, Private Bank, 12 months Contract)

Location: Town
Hours: 9-6 pm

Responsibilities:

• Assist Client Advisors in the remediation of highlighted gaps in the Client SOW profiles in accordance with the current regulatory standards and internal requirements (Standards).
• Ensure SOW/corroboration on file is uplifted to the latest Standards.
• Guide and engage with Client Advisors for accounts where additional information is required to complete the review and/or uplift.
• The SOW maker is expected to also create/enhance the SOW narrative, these include items such as:

- Details on SOW drivers
- Plausibility justifications

- Materiality assessment

- Independent validation/verification of the corroboration documents

• Prompt escalation of AML red flags to AML team/MLRO.

• Work closely with QA/SOW checker to remediate the highlighted quality issues.
• Perform name screening as and when required.
• Support the team in ad-hoc initiatives and projects as required.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in conducting KYC review, Client Due Diligence, SOW roles within Private Bank / Wealth Management
• Minimum 1-2 years of KYC/SOW maker or remediation experience would be preferred.

• Experience in using MS excel and MS word is required.
