Responsibilities
- Solve problems and answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf of the core team. ,
- Collect community feedback and suggestions on products and activities, and assist in product optimization.,
- Manage the user community on platforms such as Telegram/Discord/Wechat, create high-quality and targeted community groups through autonomous governance, incentive programs and tools. Telegram/Discord/,
- Organize and implement community campaigns such as airdrops and AMA, track their results on new user growth and user activation. ,,APP MAU,
Requirements
- Experience in community operation or related professional experience, with retail user communication skills and PR sense, ideally with community growth skills. ,,
- Great passion for the cryptocurrency industry, ideally with experience in crypto and DAO. , DAO
- Fast learning ability is a must. Solutions focused, resourceful and strong sense of initiative. ,,
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms.
- Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage. /,
- Any blockchain knowledge for educating new users will be an added advantage.,,
