Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with AI character creators on the BebeChat platform.
- Support creators in refining character concepts and settings, including prompting and fine-tuning alignment.
- Review AI creation policy violations to ensure all characters comply with the Terms of Service.
- Manage core users, gather feedback, and translate user insights into product improvements.
- Oversee and grow the official Discord community, including bot-driven community operations.
- Manage social channels such as X, Threads, Instagram, Bahamut, and Facebook to drive brand awareness and user growth.
- Track key performance metrics including community activity, user retention, and creator performance.
- Improve community campaigns and operational strategies based on data, and prepare growth and operations reports.
Qualifications
1. Core Requirements
- Work Experience: 3 years of operations-related experience in internet, gaming, livestreaming, anime, or broader entertainment industries.
- Industry Passion: A deeply engaged ACG fan, gamer, or someone with strong sensitivity to the VTuber and livestreaming ecosystem.
- Community Expertise: Familiarity with the Discord ecosystem, hands-on experience building and managing Discord servers, and a strong understanding of its distinct community culture and meme language.
- Business Communication: Practical experience communicating, negotiating, and maintaining business relationships with B2B stakeholders such as creators, IP holders, and partners.
2. Preferred Qualifications
- Cross-Border Collaboration: Experience working with international teams is preferred. Basic Korean or English proficiency is a plus for direct coordination with headquarters in Korea.
- Large-Scale Community Operations: A proven track record of operating Discord or LINE communities with more than 10,000 members, or leading standout community campaign case studies.
- Generative AI Familiarity: Regular use of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Midjourney for character creation or workflow support is preferred.
- Data Tool Proficiency: Basic proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions.
Work Environment
- Based in Taipei.
- Hybrid work model with a mix of work-from-home and office-based work.
