Job Description

Team Description:

The Monee Regional Learning & Development, Communications, Culture, and Engagement Team supports the Monee business in cultivating a learning culture and developing high-performing leaders in Monee. The team is also entrusted with driving key employee engagement and culture initiatives and ensuring effective internal communications within the organization.

Monee is a fast-growing fintech company in the region, and you will be working closely with senior management in a dynamic, globalised, intellectually stimulating environment.

Job Description:

  • Support the development and end-to-end management of local and global initiatives that enhance organisational culture and improve employee experience, e.g., town halls, in-office engagement events
  • Support the implementation of internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and other employee messages
  • Support the preparation of internal communications, including sourcing and managing the procurement of event materials and merchandise
  • Support any other HR special projects or initiatives as assigned by the lead

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance or Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines from a reputable university
  • Interest or knowledge in Financial Services and other People-related topics i.e., employee experience, engagement, and internal communications, is a plus
  • Experience with project management will be a plus
  • Ability to support basic video editing for communications content
  • Good problem-solving and stakeholder management
  • Good presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to comprehend complex messages and business needs, and simplify ideas for ease of communication to the workforce
  • Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Full-time interns preferred (3–6 months)
