In accordance with the company's brand marketing strategy, coordinate the development and execution of multi-channel media promotion strategies, integrate external resources and precisely target the intended audience to enhance brand visibility, achieve efficient traffic conversion, and drive the company's sustained business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the media planning, execution and post-campaign review of key product marketing and brand promotion activities. Optimize campaign efficiency and communication effectiveness.
2. Expand and optimize marketing channels; develop and maintain high-quality media traffic channels (e.g. KOLs, social media, industry media, vertical forums, etc.) to build a diversified media resource pool. Conduct in-depth analysis of channel characteristics, formulate targeted placement strategies, and enhance brand exposure.
3. Organizational capacity building: Allocate human resources appropriately in line with departmental objectives and business development needs, and advance the development of talent pipelines. Streamline and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance the team's professional capabilities and overall efficiency.
4. Regional market development and enhancement: Focus on core markets such as Europe and the US, and formulate localized marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher; fluent in spoken and written English; able to adapt to a fully English-speaking work environment.
2. Over 8 years experience in brand marketing, market promotion or related fields; candidates with experience in brand promotion within the consumer electronics or global technology sectors will be prioritized.
3. Familiarity with diverse marketing approaches, including KOL marketing, social media operations and PR communications.
4. Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to optimize advertising strategies and communication outcomes using data.
5. Strong cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration skills, with the ability to drive projects to fruition efficiently. Keen market acumen, with the ability to quickly identify industry trends and user needs.
6. Team management experience, with the ability to effectively motivate and develop high-performing teams, and enhance overall capability building.
