Your Role: Responsible for managing and executing sales commission in compliance with sales compensation plans and incentive programs Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple sources into a unified and consistent dataset for analysis Collaborate with internal parties for business efficiency With good sense, with a large dataset, and understanding of database concepts in business intelligence principles, and data modelling Any ad hoc duties/assignments assigned
To succeed in this role: Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines. Higher Diploma /Associate Degree holders will also be considered. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Candidates with experience in commission or incentive calculation, commercial operations, payroll processing or related roles will be at an advantage Fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, Excel modelling, etc.) Familiarity with Macro is an advantage Good command of English and Chinese Immediate availability preferred Candidates with more experience would be considered for the Officer role
