This Position reports to:

EL Sales Support Mgr.-Commercial Operat.

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)


In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for providing internal and external customer service, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance, claims management. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by increasing customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Order Entry & Management / Delivery & Invoicing- Handle order entry and management
  • Coordinate delivery and invoicing
  • Verify orders and track changes
  • Manage system tasks and SAP settings
  • Coordinate SAP development and audit responses

Monthly Reporting

  • Sales Order Revenue reports
  • Warranty setup and TECO management

Project Management & Cost Control- Monitor FAC dates and update SAP

  • Allocate planned revenue/costs per item
  • Adjust actual costs during revenue recognition
  • Maintain healthy GM% per item

Risk & Revenue Management- Ensure SO Hedge Policy compliance

  • Allocate revenue/costs and adjust actual costs
  • Ensure strong item-level profitability

Customer Coordination & Issue Resolution- Coordinate with customers and internal teams

  • Resolve order, technical, and payment issues

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)


  • You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with - 25 years of experience in order management, project coordination, logistics, customer service, or related fields.
  • Experience with SAP, order processing, or cost control is a strong advantage.
  • - Skilled in SAP ERP, Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot Table), and basic data analysis.
  • Fast learner of internal tools and systems.
  • - Comfortable communicating with customers, providing accurate information, and resolving order/technical/payment issues.
  • Patient, responsible, and solution-oriented. Proactive, analytical, and able to maintain quality under pressure.
  • - Comfortable communicating in English (written and verbal) for system use and cross-country coordination.
