What You'll Do

  • Drive key initiatives focused on revenue growth management such as optimising pricing strategies, trade investments, and analysing portfolio mix to maximise profitability.
  • Support commercial excellence programmes by enhancing sales effectiveness, refining route-to-market strategies, and improving customer engagement models for better business outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and product departments to foster alignment and facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress against project milestones by assessing risks proactively and implementing effective solutions to overcome any challenges encountered during delivery.
  • Establish robust communication channels with stakeholders at all levels by providing regular updates on project status and ensuring transparency throughout the process.
  • Prepare detailed project documentation including requirements gathering, status reports, and deliverables tracking to maintain clarity and accountability.
  • Facilitate collaborative problem-solving sessions among team members to address issues promptly and ensure shared understanding of objectives.
  • Champion best practices in project management processes by utilising tools such as Gantt charts and requirements analysis for optimal workflow management.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline is required to demonstrate foundational academic achievement relevant to the role.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years experience in commercial strategy roles is essential for handling complex initiatives effectively.
  • Strong understanding of revenue growth management principles including pricing strategies, promotion tactics, assortment planning, and trade terms is necessary for success.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with problem-solving abilities enable you to interpret data accurately and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Outstanding organisational skills paired with logical thinking allow you to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills are vital for facilitating internal collaboration as well as engaging external stakeholders constructively.
  • Proficiency in English reading and writing is important for handling documentation; ability to manage English-language materials is considered advantageous.
  • Experience implementing commercial excellence frameworks or delivering successful RGM projects adds significant value to your candidacy.
