About The Team

You will join a close-knit and highly supportive Commercial Sales community, but your day-to-day success depends on working closely with technical counterparts and subject matter experts across the organization to develop winning customer solutions and bids.

Our Commercial Sales Managers are located around the globe, with a smaller team based directly in APAC. As a result, collaboration is highly international and relies heavily on virtual teamwork.

Your direct manager is based in Europe, and depending on market developments and team structure, you may also partner with Sales Project Managers or other experts located outside APAC. Building strong relationships in a virtual environment is therefore essential.

While the team is always willing to help and support one another, the geographically dispersed nature of the organization means that self-motivation, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently are key to success. Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in online collaboration, are critical. At times, progress may depend on input from teams located in other regions, meaning you must be comfortable working independently while coordinating with stakeholders worldwide.

In short: if you enjoy working in an international environment, collaborating across cultures and functions, and balancing teamwork with a high degree of personal ownership, you will thrive in this role.
