Commercial Operations Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to run the operational engine behind its commercial activity, reporting to the CEO. The role ensures every event, HCP engagement and sponsorship complies with healthcare compliance codes and company policy, and owns the A&P budget, tracking committed versus actual spend and running quarterly and year-end accruals. The successful candidate will manage local, overseas and virtual events end to end, including surgeon and staff logistics, vendor management and onsite support. They will also prepare institutional listing submissions, manage procurement and vendor administration, and coordinate product launch readiness with the Product Manager. Additional responsibilities include hospital quotations, commercial reporting dashboards, collateral updates and tracking custom-implant requests. Candidates should have at least five years in commercial or marketing operations, ideally in medical devices or pharma, strong budget management skills, working knowledge of healthcare compliance, and the organisation to run multiple deadlines in parallel.
