Job Description
- Lead the cross-functional commercial team to define and deliver business strategy, growth objectives, and portfolio priorities.
- Own the business P&L, forecasting, resource allocation, and financial performance to achieve short- and long-term growth ambitions.
- Develop and execute commercial, marketing, and lifecycle management strategies based on customer, market, and competitive insights.
- Drive launch excellence and market readiness for future indications, products, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor business performance, customer feedback, market trends, and competitive dynamics, adapting strategies to maximize results.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, advocacy groups, payers, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align strategies, share best practices, and contribute to broader business objectives.
- Foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture while developing organizational capability and future talent.
- Ensure all business activities are conducted in compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, medical, and ethical standards.
- Contribute to overall portfolio strategy and enterprise priorities as a member of the Taiwan Leadership Team.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong background in marketing, sales, commercial strategy, or business leadership.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business performance.
- Proven success in product lifecycle management, launch planning, and strategic execution.
- Experience within specialty care, chronic disease, or complex therapeutic areas preferred.
- Experience in GP channel will be a plus
