Job Description

• Act as a trusted finance business partner to commercial and operational teams, providing financial insights that support business growth and profitability.
• Drive business performance analysis through monitoring sales, revenue, gross margin, product mix, and key commercial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, ensuring alignment between business objectives and financial targets.
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses that support strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate pricing strategies, discount programs, and promotional initiatives to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
• Deliver meaningful management reports and actionable recommendations to support business performance and resource allocation decisions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting processes, data accuracy, operational efficiency, and finance digitalization projects.
• Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting standards, financial policies, and governance requirements.
• Lead risk assessment and internal control activities, partnering with department leaders to identify key business risks and strengthen the overall control environment.
• Support audit activities, compliance initiatives, and corporate governance programs to ensure effective risk management and sustainable business operations.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Over 6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Controlling, or Commercial Finance.
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance management.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Hands-on experience in pricing analysis, profitability management, discount control, and commercial decision support.
• Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
• Good understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and corporate governance practices.
• Experience within multinational environments and exposure to regional or global stakeholder management is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
