Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across four core verticals: commercial buildings, residential condominiums, industrial properties, and managed car park facilities
Understand client pain points and propose tailored property and facilities solutions that deliver measurable operational and financial value
Build and execute strategies to grow market share in assigned sectors develop pipeline of qualified prospects and convert into long-term contracts
Establish and nurture strong relationships with property managers, facility directors, MCST councils, and key decision-makers
Meet and exceed sales targets, manage contract negotiations, and ensure profitable deal closure
Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive positioning
Work closely with operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Key Requirements:
2-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
