The Role
Calyx is seeking a provenCommercial Account Executiveto drive new business and manage key customer relationships acrossinternational markets. As a full-cycle AE, you will lead the entire commercial processfrom SDR-qualified discovery through close, onboarding, and post-sale account growth. This role is ideal for a high-ownership seller who understands enterprise buying cycles and can effectively position technical AIoT solutions to both operational and executive stakeholders.Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, demos, proposals, negotiation, and close.
- Manage post-sale customer relationships to ensure adoption, renewal, and ongoing expansion.
- Partner closely with SDRs on qualification, ICP alignment, and territory strategy.
- Drive pipeline generation across multiple global regions and verticals.
- Present Calyx's AIoT sensing, environmental intelligence, and edge-to-cloud solutions to both technical and business audiences.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers quantify ROI and operational improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and executive reporting.
- Represent Calyx at industry events, conferences, and onsite customer meetings worldwide.
Requirements
- 58 yearsof full-cycle AE experience in B2B tech (SaaS, AI, IoT, industrial tech, or related).
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling intoglobal territories(North America, EMEA, LATAM, APAC preferred).
- Strong commercial closing skills with the ability to manage mid- to large-scale enterprise deals.
- English fluency required. Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-stage startup environment.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AIoT, environmental sensing, industrial automation, or edge-AI solutions.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, agriculture, or poultry industries.
- Background working with multinational organizations and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Startup or scale-up experience during Series AC growth stages.
- Additional language abilities beyond English and Spanish are a plus.
