Role Description

The College and Career Readiness Coordinator will guide and support students in exploring and preparing for future academic and professional paths. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one career counseling, developing tailored career development plans, coordinating college application processes, and organizing workshops to enhance students college and career readiness. The role requires liaising with colleges, universities, and organizations to expand opportunities for students. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Linkou.

Qualifications

• Priority will be given to candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in college counseling.
• Proven expertise in Career Counseling and Career Development
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to analyze students goals and provide personalized guidance using strong Analytical Skills
• Familiarity with college application processes, especially for students studying abroad
• Proficiency in English; fluency in other languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Career Development, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
