About the Role

The Co-Marketing Operations & Logistics Manager for Uber Eats Taiwan is an important member of the team. You will plan and run our merchant-focused co-marketing campaigns across eater acquisition, engagement and member growth based on company strategy, optimizing customer experience using a strong understanding of marketing mechanics, user behavior, and data insights, improving communications during their Uber Eats journey, and bringing innovative ideas to create excitement.

What You Will Do

  1. Design and own merchant-focused comarketing campaigns that drive platform growth outcomes by working with cross-functional teams to deliver win-win collaboration with our partners.
  2. Translate business and growth objectives into campaign strategies, including value propositions, incentive design, messaging, placements, and timing.
  3. Manage consumer communications across in-app and other owned channels, ensuring relevance and clarity across different user contexts.
  4. Apply data and experimentation learnings (e.g., A/B tests, past campaign performance) to continuously optimize promotions and communications.
  5. Interpret campaign and platform performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
  6. Monitor market and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategy and prioritization.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Merchant Operations, Public Relations, Marketing, Social, Legal, etc.) to deliver works.
  8. Improve operational efficiency by leveraging global tools, systems, and best practices, and by establishing repeatable processes where applicable.

Basic Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years of experience in B2C/B2B marketing, growth and/or operational roles.
  2. Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and user behavior, with the ability to design campaigns that influence user decisions and engagement.
  3. Proven ability to interpret data and performance metrics to generate insights and inform campaign optimization.
  4. Solid project ownership and prioritization skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and initiatives in parallel.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights, recommendations, and trade-offs.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Comfortable working with data and dashboards. Working knowledge of SQL to explore data or validate insights is required (advanced mastery can be developed on the job).
  2. To be a self-starter and highly motivated capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive, proactive and energetic approach to work.
  3. Traditional Mandarin and English fluency - reading, written, and spoken.
  4. MBA, BA or BS.
  5. F&B industry experience is a plus
