Cloud Operations Maintenance ( Kunbernates, Montioring & Automation), Specialist

Pre-Requisition

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 6 – 8 years of work experience in IT infrastructure cloud operations or related environment
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Job Description:

• Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
• Partner with various teams to improve services through testing, workflow and best practice
• Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplift
• Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives
• Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through automation, adding of workflow etc.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, to delivery service and project on time and to requirement while focusing on operation work

Technical Skills:-

• Operating Systems (OS): RedHat Linux, Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu
• Container Orchestration & Runtime: Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitoring & Performance: Observability
• Understand SDLC and have some development knowledge
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning, knowledge in Broadcom WMware is a plus
