Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with sales, solution, product R&D and other roles to complete public cloud customer migration demand research, migration plan design and technical refinement work 2. Help customers complete cloud plan design and provide business cloud transformation suggestions based on best practices for cloud product usage based on customer business scenarios 3. During the migration implementation phase, as a technical expert, cooperate with PM/CSM to control the project progress and risks, solve related technical problems encountered during the migration process, and ensure the stable operation of the customer's business 4. Carry out migration tool selection and migration implementation according to the cloud migration plan, and lead internal and external technology and ecological teams to complete customer business migration and cutover work.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, more than 5 years of experience in system implementation and migration, and those with ToB industry migration & delivery experience are preferred 2. Familiar with Linux/Unix operating system and daily operation commands familiar with common open source components, have relevant experience in use, and have certain troubleshooting capabilities 3. Be proficient in at least one of the following technologies: Familiar with TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP and other network protocols, and have rich network troubleshooting capabilities Familiar with database & middleware and other technologies, familiar with technical principles such as data backup and synchronization Familiar with Docker, K8s daily operation commands, familiar with the principles of container technology Familiar with HBase, Hadoop, Hive, Spark and other big data components, with experience in big data migration 4. Master at least one scripting language: Shell, Python 5. Have good communication, organization and coordination skills, and strong service awareness.
