The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling cloud adoption and digital transformation for our clients. You will act as a technical bridge between customer needs and cloud solutions, helping to drive business outcomes through innovative technology.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers in leveraging cloud technologies to solve business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Understand public cloud products (AWS, Azure, GCP) and assist with solution planning and pre-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate directly with clients to align solutions with their needs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure maintenance or system administration.
- 2+ years of experience in public or hybrid cloud architecture design or digital transformation projects.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in cloud technologies and a willingness to take on challenges and grow.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of the MSMVTD program and VUE certification is a plus.
- Certifications such as:
- AWS Solutions Architect Associate
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- GCP Associate Cloud Engineer
- ITIL, CCSP, RHCE, MCSA, CCNA
