PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The above role is responsible for promoting and selling our products directly or indirectly to hospitals and medical professionals. The incumbent will build strong customer relations through excellent customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support during device implantations (Pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs, and ILRs), procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory (Cath Lab), and outpatient follow-up visits, and assist the sales team in achieving business objectives.
- Develop and maintain clinical expertise and product knowledge to provide troubleshooting support to physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with team members and complete tasks assigned by supervisors, including daily operations, promotional activities, and technical training programs.
- Travel as required to provide regional business and clinical support.
- Deliver efficient, high-quality technical services for assigned products to maximize patient outcomes and benefits.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, clinical knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to and resolve customers technical inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the preparation of tenders, scientific meetings, and professional congresses.
- Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations at all times.
