Job Title: Project Director

Office Address:5th Floor, No. 510, Section 7, Zhongxiao East Road, Nangang District, Taipei City, Taiwan

Primary Function :

Lead teams by combining deep clinical research experience with insight into

client's pain points in order to develop the tailored strategies and solutions for

the client. This requires developing in-depth project management skills and

business understanding, knowledge, and experience in order to independently

make effective decisions and take action.

This role provides the overall leadership of midsize to large, complex clinical

trials or clinical trial programs and project teams to achieve operational

excellence, delivering projects/programs on time, to budget, to the highest

quality, compliant with ICH GCP, and that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages resources in order to plan, estimate and carry out programs of

work to time, budget and quality targets and in accordance with appropriate

standards, methods and procedures.

Facilitates improvements by changing approaches and working practices,

typically using recognized models, best practices, standards and

methodologies.

  • Provides advice, assistance and leadership in improving the quality of

technology, by focusing on process definition, management, repeatability

and measurable deliverables.

  • Identifies plans and coordinates of a set of related projects within a program

of business change, to manage their interdependencies in support of specific

business strategies and objectives.

  • Maintains a strategic view over a set of projects, providing the framework for

implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change, by conceiving,

maintaining and communicating a vision of the outcome of the program and

associated benefits.

  • Identifies the vision, and the means of achieving it as the program

progresses. The Director Project Management works with business on

agreement of business requirements and translation of requirements into

operational plans.

Preferred experiences and skills :

  • 8 years clinical research experience including 5 years project management

experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • High level of business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage

scope, timeline, budget, risk, etc.

  • Outstanding organizational skills and time management skills, with ability to

work under pressure and adhere to deadlines

  • Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills with

demonstrated team-building experience

  • Strong technical, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to determine the level and method of communication required for

diverse audience, and ability to adapt communication style

  • Mature leadership skills
  • Demonstrates significant levels of initiative and self-confidence, is adaptable

and is able to cope with changing and evolving priorities while working in fast

paced, time sensitive environment.
