Job Description

主要職責:

  • 負責醫院客戶產品上架、採購流程與標案投標作業。
  • 深入了解產品特性與臨床應用,提供專業技術與臨床支援。
  • 為醫院客戶及內部業務團隊進行產品示範與培訓。
  • 參與總公司之訓練與活動,掌握最新產品及技術動態。
  • 管理並維護技術支援工具與宣導資料,確保團隊推廣一致性與效能。
  • 與行銷、客服、倉庫等內部團隊協作,提升客戶滿意度。
  • 與客戶協商價格及合約條款,促成交易。
  • 追蹤、彙整並回報銷售績效資料,確實更新 CRM 系統。
  • 送貨、 對帳、貨款跟催。

任職條件:

  • 臨床或醫療器材相關經驗 3-5 年以上。
  • 熟悉醫院採購流程與標案經驗優先。
  • 良好溝通、談判能力與團隊協作能力。
  • 能接受出差與客戶拜訪。

Job Title: Senior Clinical Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings with hospital customers, oversee procurement processes, and handle tender submissions.
  • Develop deep knowledge of product features and clinical applications; provide technical and clinical support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for hospital customers and internal sales teams.
  • Participate in headquarters training and events to stay updated on products and technologies.
  • Maintain technical support tools and promotional materials to ensure consistent and effective product promotion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and warehouse teams to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers to close deals.
  • Track, compile, and report sales performance data and accurately maintain CRM records.
  • Coordinate deliveries, handle invoicing/reconciliation, and follow up on payment collection.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in clinical sales or medical devices.
  • Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and tender experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits.
