Job Description

Sales Representative / Solution Sales (Neodent Taiwan)

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the Solution Sales is to meet or exceed Neodent's sales objectives by developing profitable relationships with targeted dental practices and the dental community. This role requires an individual who can think commercially, proactively identify customer needs, and execute a high-growth strategy through Consultative Selling. You will be responsible for brand penetration, digital workflow integration, and providing exceptional professional support within your assigned territory.

Core Responsibilities

I. Strategic Market Acquisition (The Top 3 Priorities)

  • Competitive KOL Conquest:
    • Identify and proactively visit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) currently using competitor premium/value brands.
    • Leverage clinical data and digital workflow advantages to challenge current habits and convert them into Neodent advocates.
  • Pipeline Conversion & Lead Management (Micro-Vision):
    • Systematically follow up and convert potential leads from the Company that did not close in the first instance.
    • Analyze underlying barriers to closing (e.g., technical threshold or service needs) and provide tailored solutions to secure the first order.
  • New Territory Expansion:
    • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to actively pursue new business opportunities and identify potential Neodent users in under-penetrated segments.
II. Operational Excellence & Customer Service

  • CRM Management & Tracking:
    • Maintain meticulous records of customer visits and interactions in the CRM system.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to track customer health and trigger re-order opportunities.
  • Order Coordination & Partner Support:
    • Assist clinics with the ordering process to ensure seamless supply chain management.
    • Provide dedicated support to Sales Partners and their corresponding clients, ensuring a high-quality, consistent brand experience across all channels.
III. Education & Brand Representation

  • Educational Training & Seminars:
    • Organize and conduct professional education courses for Sales Partners, Clinics, DSOs, and Treatment Coordinators.
    • Deliver product demonstrations and digital workflow training to enhance user proficiency and confidence.
  • Event & Marketing Support:
    • Attend and represent Neodent at major industry events, roadshows, and national trade shows hosted by the company or partners.
    • Act as the bridge between technical clinical value and commercial opportunity during field activities.
【Qualifications】

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: * Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets and hunting for new business.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Communication: Ability to deliver highly complex clinical information in a clear, structured, and compelling manner.
    • Commercial Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and clinic business models to offer high-value solutions.
    • Autonomy: Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
  • Requirement: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
