Jobscope:
- Ensure smooth day to day operations of clinic
- Handle feedbacks and complaints and update to the Clinic Manager and lead Doctor accordingly
- Assist in preparation of reports and provide administrative support to clinical stakeholders
- Manage external vendors in delivery of services
- Supervise and guide front counter staff
- Oversee and front engagement with external stakeholders
- Organise and facilitate operational and strategic meetings with internal stakeholders
- Structure and drive PSPL initiatives to achieve clinic and organisation's objective
- Support PSPL HQ Ops projects for alignment with other clinics and business units
- Management of daily operations between internal teams
- Highlight any potential/ issues to the clinic manager promptly
- Establish and review SOP and workflow for efficiency
- Ensure timely submission of reports and claims
- Management and supervision of front counter staff
- Driving increase in patient load and revenue for the clinic
- Ensure alignment between clinic and PSPL objectives
- At least 3 year of experience in Operations/Healthcare
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application for reports and preparation of presentation slides
- Interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders of different levels
- Team player to support management and reportees
