Client Services VP/SVP
We are currently partnering with a leading global fund administrator to identify a Client Services VP/SVP to join its growing Private Markets platform in Singapore.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced fund administration professional who has a strong background servicing Private Markets clients, with responsibility for client delivery, team leadership and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering fund administration and accounting services to institutional clients
- Oversee the review and delivery of NAV calculations, financial reporting and other key fund deliverables
- Manage investor servicing activities, including onboarding, capital activity and investor reporting
- Review fund documentation and ensure relevant terms are appropriately reflected in accounting and reporting
- Work closely with clients and service providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery
- Take ownership of client queries and escalations, ensuring a consistently high level of service
- Lead the onboarding of new funds and clients, including documentation review and operational setup
- Partner with internal stakeholders on wider business and client initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline professional qualification is an advantage
- 10+ years of relevant fund administration experience
- Strong experience working with Private Markets clients
- Proven experience managing and developing teams
- Strong understanding of fund accounting and private markets structures
- Good knowledge of waterfall calculations and complex fund structures
- Good understanding of IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore GAAP
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Good understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements across different jurisdictions
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and fund accounting systems
