Our client is a well-established international provider of trust, corporate, and private wealth services, seeking an experienced Client Services Director to lead its Hong Kong operations.
This is a senior leadership role with Board-level accountability, combining client oversight, team leadership, governance responsibility, and business development. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction while ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth across the client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Director and Authorised Signatory for client entities and corporate trustee structures, in line with Hong Kong regulatory requirements.
- Fulfil statutory responsibilities under the TCSP Ordinance and relevant local legislation.
- Partner closely with the Board on complex client matters, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Provide technical trust and fiduciary expertise, supporting both clients and internal teams to achieve a right-first-time approach.
- Lead and develop a client administration team, overseeing performance, appraisals, resourcing, and recruitment.
- Drive business development initiatives, expanding client portfolios and increasing revenue through existing relationships and new introductions.
- Represent the firm professionally at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Uphold and promote the firm's corporate brand across all client and external engagements.
