Your new role
You will be part of the Client Servicing and Operations team, supporting clients and internal stakeholders across the full transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal business units to ensure client documentation complies with policies and procedures.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Process client orders and support client relationship handling.
- Perform trade booking and settlement activities.
- Investigate and resolve settlement and funding issues.
- Follow up on margin calls and manage collateral-related matters.
- Maintain accurate transactional documentation (e.g. suitability and eligibility checks).
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements.
- Support administrative tasks such as expense claims, travel arrangements, and documentation handling.
What you'll need to succeed
- Diploma Holders/University graduates with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in relation to frontline client service.
- Strong knowledge in Private Banking investment products. Eg, FX, Equities, Fixed Income, derivatives.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with a diverse client base and liaise with regional stakeholders.
- Possesses CACS Paper 1 & 2.
