Overview of the Position

This role involves delivering a full range of private wealth banking and financial solutions to both local and cross-border clients. You will advise clients on products such as mortgages, business financing, credit facilities, investments, and insurance, while driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management.

The position combines sales, advisory, and client servicing responsibilities, with a focus on providing tailored financial solutions and expanding the client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire new clients through proactive outreach and lead generation
  • Grow existing relationships and identify opportunities for further business development
  • Conduct market research and develop strategies to support revenue growth
  • Achieve sales targets and relationship management objectives
  • Structure and negotiate financial solutions aligned with client needs
  • Recommend and cross-sell relevant banking, lending, investment, and insurance products
  • Manage client pipelines and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication
  • Review client portfolios regularly to identify needs and opportunities
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver client solutions efficiently

Requirements

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in any field
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • A client-focused approach with good service orientation
  • Ability to handle challenges, resolve issues, and think critically
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Compensation

  • Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
  • Includes a combination of base salary, allowances, commission, and performance incentives
