Job Description

Client Relations & Administration Executive

Responsible for managing client support and after-sales services, coordinating documentation, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The role focuses on maintaining good client relationships, resolving operational issues, and handling administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • After-Sales / Client Relations
  • Act as the main point of contact for existing clients.
  • Handle client enquiries, feedback, and service-related issues.
  • Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with operations and site teams to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit updates, reports, and required documentation to clients.
  • Support contract renewals and service coordination.
  • Manage filing and document control.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, clients, suppliers, and workers when required.
  • Provide general administrative support to management.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Experience in administration, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English.
