- Manage customer due diligence (CDD) execution and client documentation reviews in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to remediate CDD discrepancies and streamline client onboarding workflows.
- Execute daily database screening alerts, monitoring requirements, and regular operational risk reporting.
- Oversee account set-up, static data maintenance, and administrative control functions for dormant accounts and audit requests.
- Participate in process optimization projects, system enhancement testing, and local standard operating procedure updates.
skills and experience required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CDD and account static data management within banking
- Knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements, AML/CFT frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact across regional operational teams.
