Clerk II (holding the functional title of Executive Assistant) in the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, School of Clinical Medicine(Ref.: 536583) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience in handling academic programmes, preferably with experience in finance matters. Experience in handling postgraduate programmes would be an advantage. They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese good computer proficiency, especially in using Microsoft Office software strong organizational and communication skills strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team and attend to details.

The appointee will handle academic programmes matters for the Department assist in tasks related to human resources, finance and procurement liaise and coordinate with internal units and external units / organizations assist in organizing activities and events of the Department and perform other duties as assigned.
