1) Professional Experience

10-20+ years in investment management: Experience in direct investment in global equity and other asset allocation, portfolio management, and financial strategy.

Leadership roles in asset management, hedge funds, endowments, pensions, or family offices.

Proven track record of managing large investment portfolios with strong returns and risk management.

2) Technical & Financial Expertise

Financial modeling & valuation: Expertise in fundamental and quantitative analysis.

Market knowledge: Understanding of global markets, macroeconomics, and geopolitical risks.

Risk management: Ability to implement hedging and risk mitigation strategies.

Alternative investments: Experience in private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and venture capital.

3) Leadership & Strategic Vision

Decision-making under uncertainty: Ability to navigate volatile markets.

People management: Leading and mentoring investment teams.

4) Educational Background

Masters Degree (preferred): MBA, Masters in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
