(CHN+JPN Speaking) Client Operations Manager APAC (Logistics, AI Infrastructure)

Brief Summary:

We seek a proactive individual to manage global AI and technology infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless delivery while providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for Japanese and Chinese speaking stakeholders deploying AI and technology infrastructure on a global scale.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of cross-border infrastructure deployment projects.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and logistics partners to facilitate flawless execution.
• Gather and translate customer requirements into effective operational delivery plans.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and risks to ensure successful completion.
• Identify and address challenges related to customs compliance and logistics.
• Communicate project updates to clients and internal stakeholders regularly.
• Enhance client experience while upholding operational excellence and compliance standards.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives as the AI Infrastructure division expands.

Requirements:

• Relevant educational background in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as operations, project management, or account management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects simultaneously.
• Japanese and Chinese language proficiency to liaise with Japanese and/or Korean speaking stakeholders.
