Join our customer's team as a Chinese Language Expert, where your expertise will empower individuals to elevate their Chinese language skills to new heights. In this part-time, remote role, you will leverage your linguistic acumen to coach clients across various proficiency levels, fostering confident and authentic communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized coaching in Chinese pronunciation, tone, and intonation for learners at varying skill levels.
- Develop and facilitate tailored voice training sessions, ensuring each participant achieves their unique communication goals.
- Assess learners speech patterns and provide actionable feedback to drive measurable improvement.
- Design engaging lesson materials and exercises, utilizing both written and verbal communication methods.
- Utilize digital platforms to deliver training remotely, maintaining a motivating and interactive environment.
- Track progress and adjust coaching strategies to meet client needs and maximize learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the customer's team to continually refine voice coaching methodologies and share insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native or near-native fluency in Chinese, with clear and precise pronunciation.
- Demonstrated experience in voice coaching, language instruction, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for helping others develop these abilities.
- Strong understanding of phonetics, linguistic nuances, and voice projection techniques.
- Proficiency with remote communication and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
- Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing multiple clients or sessions effectively.
- Ability to adapt teaching approaches to cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in performing arts, linguistics, or speech therapy.
- Experience working with international or multicultural teams.
