Job Description
Job Responsibilities
I. Financial Strategy & Planning
- Formulate mid-to-long-term corporate financial strategies to assist executive management in decision-making and resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance and provide key financial analysis and operational insights.
- Establish financial budgeting, rolling forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis systems.
II. Financial Operations Management
- Oversee full-scope operations including financial accounting, management accounting, tax compliance, and cash flow management.
- Establish and optimize cost control systems (including BOM, manufacturing costs, and overhead cost management).
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury management, and banking relations.
III. Tax & Risk Management
- Formulate overall corporate tax strategies, tax filing procedures, and cross-border transaction compliance.
- Establish risk management mechanisms to ensure internal control compliance and internal audit quality.
- Coordinate with external auditors, legal counsel, and tax advisors as required.
IV. System & Process Optimization
- Demonstrate hands-on management and utilization of ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor), driving workflow digitization.
- Optimize financial operational processes to enhance operational efficiency and data transparency.
V. Investment, Financing & Capital Operations (Bonus Points)
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, M&A transactions, capital expenditures, and feasibility studies.
- Participate in bank credit facilities, financing planning, and capital structure management.
- Direct IPO experience (TWSE, TPEx, or overseas markets) is a strong plus.
