About the Role

Responsible for closing sales of various types of insurance policies in order to meet individual / team quotas and company business objectives

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or above
  • Pass relevant training and qualification certification examinations required by the company and regulatory requirements
  • More than 3 years of marketing experience (those with banking and insurance experience Priority)
  • Familiar with insurance and financial business knowledge
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish a good relationship with the branch staff, maintain the relationship with the branch, and achieve the established personal business goals
  • Organize branch training and perform various customer activities
  • Assist financial managers to achieve established performance goals
  • Provide customer analysis for branches Provide professional advice to senior management
  • Coach branch financial managers to complete policy sales and customer services
  • Participate in trainings and meetings in accordance with company regulations, and complete activity management work.
