This position is responsible for Account management of Channel Sales, mainly cover Taiwan area and East of China to drive business growth.
Prefer candidates from Taiwan but can relocate in Shanghai (travel to Taiwan for clients).
- Set clear goals and objectives for distributors, drive business growth.
- Work closely with distributors, both base business and understand end market trends.
- Coach and collaborate with distributors to develop new customers in the region, meet pipeline targets and to move customer programs to commercialization.
- Deep dive to end market ,develop knowledge and insight of major competitive threats including competitor landscape, market share analysis and competitive material's attributes to specific applications.
- Collaborate with cross functions and peers including AD , key account team to support channel business growth
- Cross region collaboration for key segments to drive business growth
- Well distributor management:
- Able to drive distributor behaviors, on time reporting, forecast accuracy, business rule implementation
- Maximize value realization to company
- Strategic thinking- Clearly set strategy for distributor and business grow roadmap
- 5+ years sales experience is preferred in Engineering material industry
- Strong communication skills: written and verbal including English
- Negotiation skills – ability to effectively negotiate scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables with customer to generate the sale and to ensure profitability.
- Customer oriented and result driven, hunting mindset with solutions.
- Good problem solving skills and complexity management.
