Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Market Strategy Formulation
  2. Develop sales strategies, pricing systems, and channel expansion plans based on regional market characteristics and AI application scenarios of different consumer-oriented products.
  3. Channel & Partner Management
  4. Collaborate with local partners to expand and optimize online and offline channel networks (including agents and retailers), plan localized marketing activities, and enhance brand awareness and user conversion rates.
  5. Jointly set sales targets and implementation plans with partners to ensure the achievement of Sales Objectives (SO).
  6. Consumer Insight & Product Launch
  7. Conduct in-depth analysis of product features and target user needs, and refine product positioning and market strategies tailored to different products and application scenarios.
  8. Sales Target Management
  9. Be responsible for the decomposition, tracking and achievement of regional sales targets, conduct regular performance reviews and optimize strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in consumer electronics products (AI hardware and 3C digital products are preferred).
  2. Proficient in channel development and management, with proven experience in partner ecosystem construction.
  3. Excellent consumer insight and market data analysis capabilities.
  4. Demonstrated cross-border work experience and proficiency in the language of the target work region to support business communication.
  5. Familiar with AI hardware and 3C digital product application scenarios, capable of quickly understanding product technical logic and translating it into market-oriented language.
