- Revenue Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue generation and meet sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive partnerships with existing key resellers.
- Account Expansion: Maximize business potential across both existing and new client accounts by effectively cross-selling solutions while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to develop and execute targeted lead generation initiatives.
- Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, taking full responsibility and ownership of your assigned accounts.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Possession of at least a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: A foundational understanding of IT concepts is highly desirable.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to persuade and influence stakeholders across all organizational tiers.
