Job Description

1. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Senior Specialist to drive marketing growth across Europe for our Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) product portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies with media, third-party agency or key opinion leaders, and key partners to accelerate market penetration, demand generation, and brand visibility across European markets.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the EV charging ecosystem, excellent partner management skills, and a proven ability to execute integrated marketing programs in multi-country environments.

2. Key Responsibilities

Channel Strategy & Planning

  • Develop annual and quarterly channel marketing plans tailored for major countries globally.
  • Identify regional channel needs and opportunities to support sales growth for Portable/AC/DC chargers and related EVSE solutions.
  • Analyze competitor positioning and market trends to optimize channel strategies.

Partner Marketing Management

  • Work closely with distributors, installers, and strategic partners to create co-marketing programs, including campaigns, events, promotions, and digital activities.
  • Manage MDF (Marketing Development Funds): planning, approval, execution tracking, and ROI evaluation.
  • Provide partners with updated marketing collateral, training materials, and product launch toolkits.

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute B2B and B2C campaigns to increase product awareness and lead generation.
  • Manage localized marketing assets, website content, product pages, and social media campaigns for European regions.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to run performance marketing, retargeting, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Work with local team, BD and sales to drive sell out and brand visibility in local market

Product Launch Support

  • Lead market-specific launch activities for new EV chargers and solutions, ensuring partners receive adequate training and materials.
  • Coordinate with product, sales, and PR teams to deliver unified launch communications.

Events & Trade Shows

  • Plan and execute regional trade shows, EV exhibitions, roadshows, and partner events.
  • Support partners in local events with branding, booth materials, and product demonstrations.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track KPI performance by region, partner, and campaign.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve channel effectiveness and optimize budgets.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with key partners.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or B2B marketing, preferably in EVSE, energy, IoT, or technology industries.
  • Experience working with multi-country markets in Europe is a strong plus.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of the EV charging industry, regulations, incentives, and market landscape.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of MDF management, digital marketing, and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing content and value propositions for different markets.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish) are a plus.
