Job Description
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- P&L Management: Monitor and report on performance to key financial goals.
- Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute channel marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth across indirect sales channels.
- Regional Campaign: Planing local marketing activations across APAC retailers and e-commerce platforms
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on Channel Partner performance
- Assortment & Pricing Optimization: Work with Sales to evaluate assortment fit, conduct price benchmarking, and maintain competitive positioning across channels.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for channel activities, ensuring effective use of funds and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product marketing, and business development teams to ensure alignment and execution of channel strategies.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape,utilizing data to provide recommendations and analysis to further drive growth.
- Demand & Forecast Alignment: Coordinate with Sales and planning to ensure smooth demand planning, stock allocation, and phase-in/phase-out transitions.
Essential Skills And Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience 2+ years of channel / business marketing or price analyst experience ideally in gaming peripherals, PC components or tech industry.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of indirect sales channels and the partner ecosystem, with experience working with distributors, resellers, and system integrators
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage relationships with external partners and internal teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Proficiency within Excel, Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to join the dots and drive decision-making.
- Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, retail marketing
- Fluently oral and written communication skills in English
- Experience working with cross-country teams and adapting global strategies to local needs.
