We're looking for a Channel Business Manager, who can drive revenue and profit growth by developing, managing, and optimizing channel strategies across markets. This role owns commercial decisions, partner strategy, and performance delivery, acting as a mini business owner within assigned regions or channels.

我們正在尋找一位通路事業經理,能夠透過通路策略的規劃、管理與優化,推動營收與獲利成長。此角色需負責商業決策、通路策略與業績成果交付,並在所負責的市場或通路中,扮演「小型經營者」的角色。

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Strategy & Business Ownership

· Evaluate channel potential and develop quarterly revenue forecasts with clear assumptions and commitment

· Own revenue and gross margin targets for assigned channels/regions

· Define channel strategy including partner selection, channel mix, and growth roadmap

1. 通路策略與業務負責

· 評估各通路潛力,並以明確假設與承諾建立季度營收預測

· 負責所屬通路/區域之營收與毛利目標

· 制定通路策略,包括夥伴選擇、通路組合與成長路徑

2. Commercial Decision Making

· Assess and decide on key commercial terms.

· Evaluate partner proposals and align on commercial terms based on long-term business objectives and mutual value creation.

· Define clear conditions and milestones for granting strategic resources

2. 商業決策與合作條件規劃

· 評估並制定關鍵商業合作條件

· 針對合作夥伴提案進行評估,並依據長期業務目標與雙方價值,協調適切的合作模式

· 設定資源投入(如行銷、價格、庫存等)的條件與里程碑

3. Revenue Planning & Execution

· Build realistic revenue plans aligned with channel capability and market dynamics

· Monitor sell-in / sell-out / inventory and adjust strategy accordingly

· Drive actions to close gaps vs. target

3. 營收規劃與執行

· 依據通路能力與市場狀況,制定務實可行的營收計畫

· 持續追蹤 sell-in / sell-out / 庫存狀況,並動態調整策略

· 推動具體行動以縮小與目標之差距

4. Partner Development & Channel Expansion

· Identify and onboard new channel partners where needed

· Evaluate whether to:

o expand existing partners

o introduce new partners

o re-structure channel coverage

· Design scalable partner models for sustainable growth

4. 通路開發與拓展

· 視需求開發並導入新通路夥伴

· 評估通路布局策略,包括擴大既有夥伴、導入新夥伴、調整通路結構

· 建立可擴展的合作模式,支持長期成長

5. Resource Planning & Internal Alignment

· Define required support from HQ (product, marketing, pricing, supply chain) to achieve targets

· Align cross-functional teams to ensure execution readiness

· Escalate gaps and propose solutions proactively

5. 資源規劃與內部協同

· 定義達成目標所需的總部支援(產品、行銷、價格、供應鏈等)

· 協調跨部門資源,確保執行準備到位

· 主動提出問題與解決方案,並進行必要的向上溝通

6. Performance Management & Optimization

· Track channel performance (revenue, margin, inventory, ROI)

· Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective actions

· Continuously optimize channel structure and business model

6. 營運績效管理與優化

· 追蹤通路績效(營收、毛利、庫存、投資報酬)

· 辨識績效落後區塊並執行改善措施

· 持續優化通路結構與商業模式

Requirements:

Required:

· 5+ years in sales, business development, or channel management

· Proven experience owning revenue targets

· Strong commercial judgment (pricing, margin, ROI)

· Ability to translate data into actionable business decisions

· Ownership mindset: takes responsibility for results, not just tasks

· Strong decision-making ability under uncertainty

· 5 年以上業務、商務開發或通路管理經驗

· 具備營收目標負責經驗

· 良好的商業判斷能力(價格、毛利、ROI)

· 能將數據轉化為具體商業決策與行動

· 具備高度責任感,對成果負責,而非僅完成任務

· 能在不確定環境中做出決策

Preferred:

· Experience in wearable tech, consumer electronics, or lifestyle brand industry.

· Experience managing distributors or multi-channel environments

· Experience in new market development

· Has worked in a startup team or a new business unit in a large enterprise and adapted well to ambiguity.

· Fluent in English (cross-region communication)
